Strifo prioritizes local in-browser data hygiene. Our ingestion tools provide a client-side Privacy Shield that strips unmapped personally identifiable information (PII) such as customer contact names and phone numbers in browser memory before file upload, ensuring only agreed operational billing columns leave your device.
Strict workspace & tenant isolation
Every private workspace is strictly isolated by organization tenancy in our database and access layers. Cross-tenant queries are blocked at the relational and policy level. Activity, rates, and reconciliation records belonging to one warehouse operator are never accessible to or shared with another customer.
Data collection & operational usage
We collect necessary account contact details (name, email, organization) to manage authentication, subscription billing through our Merchant of Record, and critical security notifications. Operational activity files ingested into private workspaces are stored solely to substantiate billing calculations and historical replay analyses.
Retention, deletion & compliance rights
Customer organizations may request export or deletion of their workspace data, source files, and audit records at any time. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA, maintaining transparent logging and zero sale of operational or personal data to third parties.
