Strifo provides commercial billing calculation, discrepancy detection, reconciliation review, and audit sheet export capabilities for third-party logistics (3PL) operators and their commercial partners. Subscriptions grant an authorized, non-exclusive license to configure client agreements, ingest operational source files, and review monthly billing runs within designated organization workspaces.
Customer data & intellectual property
Customers retain sole ownership of all uploaded warehouse management exports, rate agreement models, client schedules, and billing artifacts. Strifo processes customer activity data strictly to execute commercial calculations, generate audit trails, and maintain workspace history, without claiming ownership or using customer data to train external public models.
Authorized use & commercial commitments
Users must ensure account credentials remain confidential and that only authorized personnel access commercial billing workspaces. Strifo provides deterministic calculation verification but does not replace legal contract counsel or formal statutory tax filings. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified in the pricing tier.
Availability, warranties & termination
Strifo is engineered for mission-critical reliability with immutable calculation determinism. Workspaces may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. In the event of subscription termination, customers may export their historical billing runs, audit sheets, and contract configurations prior to account closure.
